CHNA 15 Announces FY 2024 Program Grants

CHNA 15 is seeking applications to fund up to SEVEN grants of up to $1,000 each for projects serving one or more communities within the CHNA 15 area.

Grants are available to:

  • attend trainings and conferences;
  • take online courses;
  • offer training to your staff OR community;
  • build capacity;
  • develop a small project to respond to a community health need; and more.

The broad definition of capacity building may include development of small projects, marketing, fund raising, consultant support – including grant writing consultation, web or print based resources, training and enhancement of office administration.

Grants will be available for projects and trainings focused on youth behavioral health or elder health.

Proposals must be emailed by FRIDAY, November 17, 2023 at 5:00 PM.

Awards will be announced in late December.

Start-up: January 1, 2024

Projects must be completed by June 30, 2024

CHNA 15 announces 2015-2016 Mini Grant recipients!

Organization: Brio Integrated Theater
Project: Lights, Camera, Action!
Brio Integrated Theatre is leading the production of “Lights, Camera, Action!” - a year-long series of workshops that will introduce disabled Burlington High School students to filmmaking, idea development, screenwriting, editing, and cinematography. Brio Integrated Theatre organizes a wide range of arts programs that provide comprehensive support to youth and adults with disabilities. These workshops will teach participants critical communication skills, promote long-lasting friendships, and create a supportive, highly-rewarding environment for all program participants.
